2021 was a year of growth, milestones, and most importantly, impact. It brought us new programs, partnerships, team members, trainings, and a strengthened vision for propelling potential!

2021 Highlights and Milestones
- First continuous program that ran all year (only our second program overall)
- 450 clinicians and community members trained
- 4,500+ people impacted
- 275 PPE kits distributed
- First quantitative data captured, indicating training effectiveness
- First qualitative data captured
- First certificate course
- First train-the-trainer pilot
- First levels of scale completed: rural trainings in Kenya, virtual training in Rwanda, virtual training in USA
- Team growth: Program Manager in Kenya, inaugural Kenyan local trainers, Support Team and Ambassador Program both doubled in size
- Launch of Passport to Potential monthly giving program
- Finalization of several key partnerships in Kenya
- First corporate partnerships
- Increased revenue by 92% compared to 2020
- Opened applications for first public volunteer opportunities for 2022
- Launched development of two new trainings for 2022
