Elizabeth Moloney

CFRE

Elizabeth Moloney is a mission-driven nonprofit fundraiser who specializes in major gifts with a focus on authentic relationship building and operational excellence. She joined Therapists Beyond Borders as their inaugural Director of Development in June 2024. In her role, she works to identify new funding opportunities, diversify their revenue streams, and set TBB’s fundraising strategy.

Most recently, she served as Lewa Wildlife Conservancy’s International Director of Development. She fell in love with Kenya’s iconic landscapes, wildlife, and most importantly, the people. She is thrilled to bolster TBB’s fundraising efforts so they can continue to expand their life-changing work in Kenya and Ethiopia.

Elizabeth has significant fundraising experience from past roles at Defenders of Wildlife, the Army Historical Foundation’s Capital Campaign for the National Museum of the United States Army, the Air Force Association, Association of Children’s Museums and National Council for Public-Private Partnerships.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts from American University and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys visiting museums, yoga, and volunteering. An avid traveler, she has been to 75 countries as well as all 50 states and delights in expanding her horizons with new experiences.
