Matt is a licensed attorney working for a private equity firm in Nashville, Tennessee. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Matt’s professional background includes large law firm experience, primarily focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and  transactional law. Additionally, Matt has ample experience in the formation of 501(c)(3) non-profit entities. 

Matt provided legal assistance for TBB to obtain 501(c)(3) non-profit status and is committed to the organization’s mission. He finds the work of TBB remarkable and he is excited for TBB’s continued growth. 

During his free time, Matt spends his time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs. He also enjoys playing hockey, going to concerts, and cheering on the Detroit and Michigan State University sport teams.
